Professional Ethical Guide Service and it representatives, herein referred to as P.E.G.S. ( herein after
referred to as “Party B”) from any and all liability for any injuries, damages or death suffered or
incurred by "Party A. unrelated to actions of any representative of “Party B” during the 2011-2012
hunting season.
"Party A" expressly acknowledges that they are the drafters of this Release of Liability; they have
been afforded the opportunity to consult a lawyer prior to executing this Release of Liability; and they
voluntarily agree to release “Party B” from any and all liability for any injuries, damages or death.
"Party A" further acknowledges and accepts any and all Liability for any injuries, damages or death
related to ATV Transportation to and from Parking and Hunting areas. (Ride at own risk.)
"Party A" further acknowledges and agrees to accept liability and financial responsibility up to
$7,500.00 per canine for any injuries or damages suffered by the canines owned or used by “Party B”,
as a result of actions of "Party A" while on said hunting dates agreed upon by both parties

Service “Party B”
